November 1, 2010 - October 31, 2011
Communication pieces and programs must have been completed during this period to be eligible.

January 6, 2012
Optional.  Email your synopsis to aceawards@acce.org to verify completeness of electronic summary and application. In order to be reviewed, your synopsis must be sent by close of business on January 6, 2012.

ACCE will not be able to verify completeness after this date, and incomplete entries will not be presented to the judging panel for consideration. What's involved? Staff will compare your synopsis to the entry requirements and alert you if any section(s) are not sufficiently completed. Final entries must still reach ACCE by the February deadline.

February 17, 2012
All Early Bird entries must be postmarked to ACCE with entry fee and emailed to aceawards@acce.org.  NO Early Bird discount will be given after this date.

February 24, 2012
All entries must be postmarked to ACCE with entry fee and emailed to aceawards@acce.org.  NO entries will be accepted after this date.

March - May 2012
Entries judged by communications experts.

June 2012
Award notification letters will be mailed to applicants.

Award winners posted on ACCE website.

August 2012 (Exact dates to be determined)
ACCE Convention 2012 in Louisville, KY.  The Gold and Best of Show winners will be presented during the annual awards program.
