Changing your Registration

Changes can be made online or by submitting the Registration Change form. If your registration change also needs a refund, you can complete this online as well.  The last day to make any changes, before your arrival in Milwaukee is July 9, 2010 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.  Please do not call or send an email with a request to change your registration, it must be received online or through the faxed Cancellation Form. No verbal requests will be processed.

Please Note: You will be able to add to your registration at the registration desk in Milwaukee, however if you wish to subtract an item in exchange for a refund you must make arrangements by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 9, 2010.

Changing your registration by form: 

1. Click here  to view the Registration Change Form.
2. Fill out this form with the complete information.

3. Fax this form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512.

What to expect after ACCE receives your request: 

1. You will receive an updated confirmation of your registration via email.
2. If you have requested a refund, please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.

* If you submitted your amended registration by form but did not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please notify our office immediately at 1-800-394-2223.
