Cancellation Policy
If the Cancellation Form is received on or before June 27, 2008 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time, ACCE will refund the meeting registration amount minus a $50 processing fee.
After June 27, 2008, all submitted cancellation forms will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.
All cancellations must be made by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 11, 2008. Due to meal guarantees NO refunds will be issued after this date.
* No refunds will be issued at the registration desk in Pittsburgh. All arrangements must be made by July 11, 2008.
Please note that there will be no refunds for the following items due to the nature of the event. All tours must be scheduled and paid for in advance by ACCE, therefore we will not be able to issue a refund of any kind on these events.

- Pittsburgh City Tour
NOTE: All cancellations must be submitted on the Cancellation Form 
and faxed to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512. Please do not call or send an email with a refund request, it must be received through the faxed Cancellation Form. No verbal requests before or after the event will be processed. For accounting purposes, every transaction must be tracked with written proof and the Cancellation Form serves as that proof. Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.
To cancel your registration, proceed with the following steps:

- Fill out this form with the complete information. (Please use a separate Cancellation Form for each new refund request.)
- Fax this form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512.
What to expect after ACCE receives your form:
- You will receive an email confirmation stating that we received your form.
- Your refund will be processed. (Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.)
- You will then receive either a check or a credit to your credit card, depending on your original method of payment.
