Changing Your Registration

All changes must be made by submitting the Registration Change Form.  If your registration change also needs a refund, you must submit the Cancellation Form first.  The last day to make any changes, before your arrival in Pittsburgh is July 11, 2008 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.  Please do not call or send an email with a request to change your registration, it must be received through the faxed Cancellation Form.  No verbal requests will be processed.

Please Note: You will be able to add to your registration at the registration desk in Pittsburgh, however if you wish to subtract an event in exchange for a refund you must make arrangements by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 11, 2008.

To add to your registration:

2. Fill out this form with the complete information.
3. Fax this form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512.

To change your registration with a refund:

1. Click here to view the Cancellation Form.
2. Fill out this form with the complete information. (Please use a separate Cancellation Form per registrant.)
3. Fax this form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512.

5. Fill out this form with the complete information.
6. Fax this form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at 703-212-9512.

If you wish to send someone in your place.  Simply fax a Registration Change Form to the attention of Nicole Gentry at (703) 212-9512. Complete this form with your substitute's information and a copy of your initial registration form.

What to expect after ACCE receives your form:

1. You will receive an email confirmation stating that we received your form along with your updated registration.
2. Your refund (if applicable) will be processed. Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.
3. You will then receive either a check or a credit to your credit card, depending on your original method of payment. (This is only issued if your registration change requires a refund)
