International Attendee Information
VISA Information
Information regarding temporary travel to the U.S. is located at http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/temp_1305.html. ACCE is pleased to provide documentation for required visas for entry into the United States. If you are traveling on a passport from any of the countries on the U.S. Department of State waiver list, you will need to have only a readable passport. Information on the U.S. Department of State Visa Waiver Program, including a list of participating countries, is located at http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html.
If you require documentation for your visa and interview at the U.S. consulate in your residing country, please provide the following to Nicole Gentry. Since issuance of entry visas to the U.S. normally take between 30-90 days, depending on the country of residence and passport, please request the information early to ensure that you have your entry visa in time to travel to the ACCE convention. You will need to provide a form of payment for an international courier (FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority). No documents can be shipped without a valid form of payment (FedEx or DHL account number, or a major credit card and expiration date). We are unable to provide visa documents without a fully paid registration to the convention. This must be by valid credit card, check, or bank transfer (please contact Nicole Gentry before sending a bank transfer). The quickest and simplest method would be using a credit card.
