Brought to you by the Alliance for Regional Stewardship
Forum Theme: Organizing and Mobilizing Regions for Sustainable Development

July 29 & 30, 2008, The Westin Hotel, 1000 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA

Join your fellow civic entrepreneurs for an in-depth look at national conversations, case studies and practical implementation strategies related to organizing and mobilizing regions for sustainable development. The Forum will kick off the evening of July 29 with an awards and tribute dinner, which will include celebrating the lives of two of the most active advocates and leaders in ARS and the regionalism movement, John Parr and Joan Riehm, who recently passed away.  The following day, July 30, will feature both keynote sessions from prominent regionalism practitioners and theorists as well as interactive breakout sessions to dive deeper into specific issues.
