Now Taking Orders: Chamber Operations Fundamental Statistics Report

ACCE is now taking orders for a new Chamber Operations Fundamental Statistics Report which allows organizations to compare themselves to similar chambers within their respective dues category. Two versions of the report are available for purchase: one for organizations that participated in the 2007-08 Chamber Operations Survey and one for those who did not participate in the Survey.
The data in both reports come from the 2007-08 Chamber Operations Survey, which continues to build on over a decade of collecting data from and about chambers of commerce. Financial, membership and staffing statistics have been calculated from 354 chambers' 2007 program year data. The reports are especially valuable resources for budget planning, strategic planning or reporting to your board.
Participants in the 2007-08 Survey can purchase a pdf or a bound color report that includes their metrics with each of the graphs for the chamber's dues revenue range. This customized report features:
- A chart for each of the calculated measures within your organization’s dues category
- Your chamber's measure included above each chart
- The standard definitions developed by ACCE members to be used in the collecting and disseminating the information
Non-participantsin the 2007-08 Survey can order a PDF of the report, which allows them to place themselves in the national average, within their dues revenue range, for approximately 35 benchmarks, including member retention, revenue, employee turn-over and more. The report reveals statistics for these common chamber operational measures:
- customer
- financial
- internal process/operations
- growth and stability

About ACCE's Annual Operations Survey
ACCE's Annual Operations Survey takes place between January and March of each year and provides chambers with data they can use to establish comparisons and benchmarks with similar chambers of commerce.
