Crystal is also a former ACCE employee, having worked for three years in managing the special interest groups, now called Divisions; and for four years she served as executive director of the National Association for Membership Development (NAMD). In that position she oversaw all strategic and operational initiatives, including marketing, fundraising, member services, curriculum development, and meeting planning.

Crystal studied chemical science at Florida State University.

“ACCE is committed to expanding the scope of quality educational programming for its members,” said ACCE President Mick Fleming. “We’re delighted that Toni and Crystal have joined the ACCE team and will not only develop new professional growth opportunities, but also ensure that the annual convention meets the training and networking needs of chamber leadership and staff.”
