The Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation recently released a report titled "New Cornerstone Revisited," an update on a similar 2003 report from the Foundation that attempted to create a "blueprint" for raising Florida's living and business standards over the next century. One of the findings? Florida is in transition from being a low-cost to a high-cost state. Find out why the Foundation thinks that may be a good thing.
