Rockford, IL -
In an effort to "honor and attract the next generation of talent to the area," the Rockford (IL) Chamber of Commerce is planning to recognize the accomplishments of forty of its forty-or-younger leaders. The chamber will fete the winners at a spring reception and feature the select group in its monthly newsletter.
