The Greater Providence (RI) Chamber of Commerce is working to bridge the gap between local entrepreneurs and the capital they need to fund their businesses. Chamber CEO, Laurie White, conceived the idea for initiative, a.k.a. the Entrepreneur Launch Pad, in an effort to teach start-ups how to mine the more than 200 venture capital firms in the region.
