It's great to be in Bellevue, WA, says Fortune Small Business, which assigned the west coast city the No.1 spot on its Best Places to Live and Launch list. Why did Bellevue earn top honors? Fortune says that though Bellevue, like the other 100 cities on its list, is in transition, the community "has grown with unusual grace in recent years."
