Operations Survey
Annual Chamber Operations Survey
The data collected through the Operations survey provides chambers with information they can use to establish comparisons and benchmarks with similar chambers of commerce.
To access the Operations Survey reports:
- Operations survey results for 2012 are now available!
- If you did not participate in the survey, you may purchase the Operations Survey Publication (in pdf format) in our bookstore.
- If you participated in the survey this year, please click here to access the results. (You will need to login.) If you need your ACCE username and password, request it here.
- If you participated in the 2011-12 survey, links to the spreadsheet of individual results and the the publication (in pdf format) are in the left column.
- If you chose to be a collaborator in the survey, the key that connects user ids to chamber names in the right column. If you chose to participate anonymously, the key is not available.
To participate in the ACCE Operations survey:
- The survey was open for participation between February 1, 2012 and March 1, 2012. The survey is now closed for 2012.
- Follow this link to complete the Operations survey. (You will be asked to login if you are not already logged in.)
