Members and non-members may apply to the Billings Chamber/CVB to purchase the mailing list at a staggered fee. The Billings Chamber/CVB will not provide an email list of its members unless there is a mutually beneficial promotional partnership agreement between the Chamber/CVB and the requesting party.
