Under minimal supervision, position is responsible for selling memberships to prospective non-member businesses by communicating the benefits of the Chamber and continuing the relationship to secure renewal. Provides detailed information on various Chamber programs and initiatives and orients the members to Member Services and the Chamber's advertising vehicles. The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator will actively promote the Chamber and support its mission.
The Director of Member Relations and Special Events reports directly to the Vice President of Resource Development and Member Engagement and is responsible for discovering and fulfilling the needs of, informing, educating, engaging, and retaining our chamber shareholders. This key role will be responsible for the implementation of our retention plan, as well as, managing our chamber ambassadors. The Director of Member Relations and Special Events will coordinate and/or assist with event planning and coordination.
The Director of Membership Sales and Development reports directly to the Vice President of Resource Development and Member Engagement and is responsible for recruiting and retaining chamber members and selling chamber programs and services to assist in the growth of the organization.
The Vice President of Resource Development and Member Engagement works closely with the President / CEO to oversee and manage all chamber revenue initiatives to include membership income, retention, advertising, and special initiatives. Responsible for overseeing staff, establishing benchmarks and performance goals, planning and executing chamber programs and special events, nurturing investor relationships, among members, sponsors, and top investors, to include BNMB 2.0, and the NMB Chamber Foundation.

The Billings Chamber maintains a mailing list of its members in an electronic database. The mailing list includes contact name, name of business and mailing address. Members may apply to the Billings Chamber to purchase the mailing list at a staggered fee for a single, one-time use. The party completing the application must state the purpose for which the applicant will use the database, which may not be contradictory to the Chamber mission or stated position on issues.
This letter outlines the details of a trade agreement between a local restaurant and the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant will receive a yearly All Access Membership with the Chamber valued at $250.00 and, in trade, the restaurant will provide the St. Petersburg Chamber catering service valued at $1,000.
