This DIALogue is available on CD. Order it now (PDF).

Marketing without metrics isn’t marketing – it’s guessing.   The key to marketing is listening and really understanding the needs and wants of your target audience.

Today, chambers are engaging their audiences in many more platforms than just their website. Social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter blogs, as well as video and photo sharing sites, such as YouTube and Flicker, are really changing the conversation. How can chambers determine the value of such conversations? What data should you look at to better understand the needs of your audience?

In this one-hour DIALogue, learn from Curt Moss, Director of Communications for Weblink International, about the key trends and current thinking regarding monitoring and analyics and how your chamber can use these tools to set and measure goals - and then act on the results.
