Analysis/Interpretation

The average and high numbers in years 2001-2005 do not fluctuate much.  The smaller chambers have consistently higher retention rates than the chambers in the larger groups. [Please note there was inconsistency in the definition of retention and which chambers reported retention numbers from year to year.]
